Pick up in store

*Same business day in-store pickup if you place your order before 2 p.m.

When you choose the "In-Store Pickup" option during checkout on our online store, wait until you receive an email from us informing you that your order is ready for pickup before going there.

In the email, you will find our schedule and instructions . Please check your spam folder, as our message may be there.

We process orders quickly, the same day (or the next business day, depending on the time you place your order.)

Have you placed an order for several days and haven't received an email yet? Don't hesitate to contact us. This may be because we sent you an email but it didn't arrive, perhaps due to a typo in the address or something else.

Parcel collection:

When you receive our email informing you that your order is ready for collection, please note your order number, you will need it to collect your package.

You have 10 days to collect your package.

If you are sending someone other than yourself to collect the order, make sure that this no one knows your order number , because we will not give the package with just the name, for security reasons.
