Pick up in store

*Pick up in store the same working day if you place your order before 2 p.m.

When you choose the ''Pick up in store'' option during your payment on our online store, wait to receive an email from us indicating that your order is ready to be picked up before moving on.

In the email, our schedule will be indicated as well as the procedure to follow . Watch your spam box, our message may end up there.

We process orders quickly, same day (or next business day, depending on what time you place your order.)

You placed an order several days ago and you haven't received an email yet? Don't hesitate to contact us, maybe the reason is because we sent you the email but it didn't go through, maybe due to a typo in the address or something else.

Parcel pick-up:

When you have received our email telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, take note of your order number, you will need it to collect your package.

You have 10 days to pick up your package.

If you are sending someone other than yourself, make sure that person knows your order number , because we will not give the package by name only, for security reasons.
