FAST AND FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OF $99 OR MORE BEFORE TAXES
If your order is less than $99 before taxes, shipping fees are $9.99 for Quebec and Ontario. See other conditions for other provinces.
Orders are processed within 24 business hours, and delivery is typically made within one (1) to three (3) business days. This delivery time is not guaranteed, as it is handled by different shipping companies. Please note that only orders delivered by ground shipping within Canada are accepted. If an address error requires the redelivery of the package, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct.
We would like to inform you that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Deliveries are only made to physical addresses. If a P.O. box is provided as the shipping address, the carrier will return the package to our warehouse. In this case, we will refund your purchase, minus the shipping fees incurred by both you and us.
L'Entrepôt L'enfant Unique cannot guarantee that two separate orders destined for the same address can be combined. It is the buyer’s responsibility to combine their purchases into one order if they wish to take advantage of more favorable shipping costs.
